Doors We Love...

These doors are brought to us by our good friend Juani, from her recent adventures in Cuba! There were very few cars and lots of back streets to explore on foot.

In the oldest part of Havana, there are cobblestone streets and extensive reconstruction work underway to preserve this historic city. On the left is the side of a church,
note the old, curving foundation in the foreground.

Continuing down this narrow street, Juani comes upon this magnificent double door,
with lion head handles and decorative eschuteon plates. The door looks like
it's made of old mahogany that is solid enough for the next 100 years.

Have you come across doors or windows that knock your socks off?
Send them to us or post them on facebook; we'd love to see them!
